Why I Formed the American Citizen Party
People constantly say this to me: “Bob, why did you form the American Citizen Party? You know you’re just going to split the conservative vote and guarantee that the Democrats get re-elected.”
Please trust me when I say that I considered that possibility when arriving at my decision to move forward with the formation of the party.
Besides, I created a solution to prevent that from happening.

A Message to All Free-Thinking, Freedom-Loving American Citizens
After more than 150 years of Democrat and Republican rule, it is clear to the majority of Americans that those two parties have failed to secure the freedoms granted by God and embodied by the Founding Fathers in the U.S. Constitution.
It is time for a “21st Century American Revolution” to purge Congress of corrupt, career politicians who value the wishes of lobbyists over the will of the People.
The American Citizen party was formed to provide the People with a vision of unprecedented prosperity and freedom, a specific plan to accomplish it, and true citizen candidates to vote FOR to implement it.
In all future elections, every candidate from every political party will be asked this question by the People:
“What is your plan to restore freedom to all American Citizens?”
Only American Citizen Party candidates will have the answer - the “Economic Freedom Act“.

Houston, February 9, 2010 – The first shot of the 21st Century American Revolution was fired today with the release of the Economic Freedom Act of 2010. This powerful piece of legislation restores economic freedom to all American citizens and transforms the United States into a global model of prosperity for current and future generations to enjoy, and other freedom-loving countries to emulate.
This Act, written by Bob McNeil, Founder and Chairman of the American Citizen Party, was mailed to President Obama and every member of Congress, except those who have chosen to retire or not run for reelection in 2010.

Highlights of 2009
I just noticed that I had not posted a blog since May of 2009. My apologies to those of you who thought I had abandoned you and the cause of freedom, but, please know that I have not. In fact, when I’m not working 8-10 hours a day as a business consultant, I am talking to anyone who is willing to listen about my plan to restore freedom to all American citizens….. and I am winning hearts and minds one person at a time.
